89bb Terms and Conditions

1.1Definitions

The following words and terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 89bb website, mobile version, and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who holds a registered account on 89bb.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of funds currently held in a member's account.

3.1Welcome Bonus

89bb offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

3.3General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts under the same household or IP address is prohibited.

5.1General Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on 89bb:

• Once confirmed, no bet may be changed or cancelled.
• If the result of any game is affected by a technical error, 89bb reserves the right to declare that round void and refund the bet amount.
• Any unusual winnings resulting from a software bug or error will not be considered valid and the relevant funds may be reclaimed.
• The results of all games are determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG).

5.2Sports Betting Rules

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the official match result is considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for any tournament including BPL, IPL, and T20. In the event of suspected match-fixing or manipulation, 89bb reserves the right to suspend the relevant bets.

5.3Live Casino and Slot Rules

The game provider's own rules may also apply to live casino and slot games. Games from providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt are operated according to their own respective rules. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, 89bb will settle based on the last server-side record.

6.1Strictly Prohibited Activities

89bb reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of a security risk or account abuse.
• In the case of prolonged inactivity.

7.2Member's Rights

A member may also request to close their account at any time. It is possible to withdraw a valid balance before the account is closed, however bonus funds will not be returned if wagering requirements have not been met. 8.1Service Guarantee

89bb strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, however the service may be disrupted for the following reasons and 89bb will not be held responsible for them:

• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts.
• Temporary unavailability during maintenance or upgrades.

8.2Limitation of Damages

89bb will not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages. In any circumstance, 89bb's maximum liability will be limited to the valid balance held in the relevant member's account. Gaming is a recreational activity and the member bears full responsibility for any financial losses.

9.1Data Collection and Use

The information collected is used solely for account management, identity verification, service improvement, and fulfilling legal obligations. Information is not sold or shared with third parties, however it may be provided to relevant authorities if there is a legal obligation to do so.
